ArtEast FL-New Star Chinese Performing Troupe/华艺佛州新星综艺团 (简称：新星综艺团) was originally established in 2009. There are around 40 members in total. Its mission is to promote Chinese arts and culture, as well as serving as a bridge between local Chinese organizations, and the other social communities in South Florida.
The group was founded and led by our President, Ms. Monica Shang/孟锦红, a former TV hostess of the local Chinese language teaching program for Channel 19 of T.E.N. (The Education Network, 2004-2008). She was also the Founding President for CLTA-FL (Chinese Language Teachers’ Association-FL) and a former president for CASEC (Chinese Association of Science, Education and Culture of S. FL). She has been on Board of several Chinese and American organizations for a couple of decades. She currently serves as vice president of Women's Charity Foundation of Florida.
The Group is truly an assembly of life-loving, open-minded, and multi-talented Chinese performing arts pursuers. The group has organized and participated in more than 20 shows each year. Their footprints have been all over Florida. Their programs include but are not limited to Chinese folk (and/or ballet) dances, poems and songs, traditional and contemporary Chinese(and/or western) musical instruments, and Chinese Taichi (and/or KungFu) demonstrations. They have been warmly and highly appreciated by the audiences from all walks of life at different ages.
ArtEast FL-New Star Chinese Performing Troupe/华艺佛州新星综艺团 (简称：新星综艺团) 由以下团队组成：阳光乐队/Sunshine Music Band (队长-郭红); 棕榈太极队/ Palmer Taiji Team (队长-莫炼); 海韵歌队/Ocean Rhyme Choir；和浪花舞队/Spindrift Dance Team. 艺术指导：Melody Zhao；Orlando 队负责-江昭瑢； 行政-徐晓雯； 出纳-褚小荷； 舞队训练：Monica，冯旭，王瑞 。
